Breakfast:

• Breakfast Time: 8:30 AM (or as needed)
• Vegetarian, Gluten Free breakfasts available.
• Local foods used from Oak Grove Farms.  Fresh milk in glass jars & fresh eggs from Martin's Farms.
• Fresh & local fruits as available.

Rates:

• Rates are based on double occupancy.  The ---- rooms can accommodate 3 people for an additional $15 per person.
• We accept Visa, MC, Discover, money order, or cash.
• A one-night's deposit required to confirm reservation. 
• $25 fee for ANY cancellations.
• No refund if cancelled 72 hrs. before arrival unless room rebooked. (14 days out for holiday & events booked).
• Rates subject to change.

Limitations:

• Arrival Time: 4 PM to 7 PM (Must call ahead to arrange different check-in time)
• Check Out Time: 11 AM
• There are  limited accommodations for pets.  
• Children over 5 years of age permitted. Call for exceptions.
• No Smoking allowed inside.  Permitted only on decks or outside areas.
• No candle burning due to insurance liability/antiquity of house.
• Minimum 2-night stays on event and/or holiday weekends (phone for exceptions)
