Policies: 

• Arrival Time: 4 PM to 7 PM (Must call ahead to arrange different check-in time)
• Check Out Time: 11 AM
• Breakfast Time: 8 AM
• There are no accommodations for pets.  Kennels nearby.
• Children over 10 years of age permitted. Call for exceptions.
• No Smoking allowed inside.  Permitted only on decks or outside areas.
• No candle burning due to insurance liability/antiquity of house.
• Minimum 2-night stays on event weekends (phone for exceptions)
• $25 fee for ANY cancellations.
• No refund if cancelled 48 hrs. before arrival unless room rebooked.
• We accept Visa, MC, money order, or cash. 
• A one-night’s deposit required to confirm reservation.
