The vision is to provide succession paths for owners while keeping jobs, ownership, and decision-making rooted in the communities that built them.

Many of the businesses that fit this vision generate $2 million or more in EBITDA, though that is not a hard requirement. The emphasis is on stability and essential services.
Particular interest is in essential services, industrial trades, logistics, and other companies that serve local customers and cannot easily be relocated or replaced.

The Battle of Blair Mountain was the site of the largest labor uprising in American history. Thousands of coal miners stood up for dignity, fair pay, and a voice in their future. That spirit of self-determination continues to define West Virginia today.
